I really want to get a grip with EE. As we have to snack mainly on super free foods does anyone have any ideas of ways to do this. I make a lot of veg soup which is full of SF foods but does anyone have any more ideas, I need all the help I can get (5 lb weight gain over christmas ahhhhhhhhhh:cry:).

There are lovely Navel oranges in the shops at this time of year. Or why not make up a fruit plate with a yogurt dip to nibble on while you are in front of the television.
