Ive recently come back to slimming world after a long break and Im going to do it properly this time. Ive been back 3 weeks and ive lost 10lbs but my consultant has given me a mini target of 4lbs for the week to get me to my 1st stone!!
I was planning on having loads of superspeed foods but don't remember anything I used to make which was mainly super speed foods. Can anyone give me some ideas?
Really wanna lose the 4lbs and prove I can do it this time!!
