Just had a DC shake and I have found it to be absolutely disgusting as supersweet and sugary. It was like drinking syrup. I had the lamb hotpot last night and that was lovely but I couldn't drink the shake so will need to find an alternative to that as vile. The problem is I can't heat anything as work.

I completely agree with you on this - the shakes are sickly sweet and contain far too much sugar; pretty surprising given it's supposed to be a "diet".

I normally only have half a shake a day and make up the rest with semi-skimmed milk. I find it lessens the sweetness and tastes more like a proper milkshake.

Yeah, we were discussing the shakes somewhere on here.

What I do is have the soup for breakfast then my bar or cereal for lunch - it may be weird but with winter coming a hot breakfast may be nice :D

Yes will need to take cereal for lunch I think. What about if I had a salad? Would that muck things up?

I really couldn't dri nk that shake; it was making me gag. Not to mention the unnecessary calories! You'd wonder why they do that. They should use sweeteners instead. Are there any other foods that are disgusting? I'm going to be ordering a month's supply on Thursday and don't want to get stuff I can't eat.

Salad should be fine - just got to wonder what to do with the shakes! DC will take them back and exchange them if you want to try the soups.

Yeah, Nakd Cocoa Bars - evil evil evil lol Well I think so. Fruit ones are nice though.

No I tried the cocoa bar and I thought it was quite nice - not delicious or anything but edible. We are all different - one man's meat is another man's poison and all that.
