Superfree and green day

You don't have to follow the same rule, right ?

Third of meals being superfree? I try and eat as much as possible but just checking the rules xx
 
Green day doesn't have to be 1/3!

Obviously it's still important to eat lots of superfree if you can, but red and green are not as strict in this rule as you are already limiting the amount (calories) you are eating by not having the meat or pasta/potatoes on your plate. It is more important on EE as the superfree controls how much you eat of the other two (ie. filling up on the superfree limits the amount of free food you eat).

I've only just recently started doing EE days, so for the last 3 months I've been doing Red and Green most of the time. I'm a bit fussy when it comes to veg, which stopped me from doing EE and a few of my red/green meals haven't contained hardly any superfree and it still worked... just probably slower than it might have done if I'd used the 1/3 superfree rule :)
