Superfree food quick question?? plz

Hi all

Im following mix2max and havent had anything inbetween as you not suppose to only super free, now if i was to make quiche with eggs, quark, onions, peppers mushrooms and tomatos would this be all superfree, so basically if peckish i could eat this inbetween mix2max???
