Not thought of that and I love soup, souper idea!!!!

I have problem with superfast food in the morning too. I could have mushrooms but can't stand tomatoes with breakfast so I did not comply with 1/3 super fast food and lost 1lbs. This week, I am back on Green Day and Red days. The other thing is if I do EE, I am going to eat fruit only for breakfast.
