Excellent I always have peas or corn with my tea I love them always have fruit in a morning and salad for lunch with tikka turkey chunks or home made soup peppers,butternut squash,carrots for tea is always something with veg or something made with veg included ie curry etc xx does that sound ok?
sounds good to me except peas and sweetcorn are not superfree - they are only free (on green) so can't be counted on EE

using tinned tomatoes, onions, peppers etc is a great way to bulk out curry's and casseroles and getting superfree into a meal
Peas and sweetcorn are just free foods so cannot be counted as 1/3 superfree, still absolutely fine to eat at each meal though as part of your 2/3 free foods with meat, pots etc
It is free but on ee a third of yr meal is meant to be superfree and peas and sweetcorn are not classed as superfree. In yr book should be a list of all superfree veg.
