I don't normally track it, but after a disappointing loss last week, I decided to 'up' my speed and superspeed foods. I made myself a delicious curry containing 7 different types of speed vegetables and have had that a couple of times. Am also trying to include them in other meals where possible.

Fingers crossed it has an effect... ;)

Sounds like a good idea - I do add some, but more, choose what I fancy, then think, ooooh, that's a speed food , often more luck than judgement, but at work will often choose jacket & baked beans knowing the beans are.
Think I'll have a go of this, although will probably do better after a shop!!

I dont have much fruit or salad as I'm not a big fan but I do tend to have vegetables with every dinner of a night time :) And I like apples so I have one a day as a snack most mornings :) I love grapefruit but I find it really frustrating to chop it up and eat it without getting messy!! xxx :D

That's rather dissapointing - bet you were right hacked off :(
Any chance it was a catch-up from the previous week?
If you've been on track, you should see it next WI

Hi debridger, yes I'm fine thanks, just been very busy with my little granddaughter and now at target! But will speak to my c next week as I think I need to readjust it. Finding target hard to be honest, yes I know strange! How are you?

I'm fine and dandy thanks - well, you're not the first to say being at target is odd, and I'm sure you won't be the last either.
Glad to read all is well, must be grand spending extra time with the littleun
I'm sure your C will be more than happy to help - it's as good for her as it is you

Yes set my target at 10st 10lbs but once set can only then be reset by 7lbs s w rules. I am not comfy at 10st 10lbs but to reset down would have to be 10st 3lbs, too low. I feel best at 10st 7lbs but that is the lowest I can go within my current target as you are allowed to go 3lbs lower, and 3 lbs higher. Just wish I had waited a bit longer before setting target to see how I felt, my own fault. Am now at 10st 7lbs but feel the pressure to keep to within that weight now. Oh dear, will have a word with my c next week. Never right are we lol

Well done, reaching target is such an achievement
I know the 3lb either way is to keep you on track, but yeah, I guess it's got to be the right target.
I've read several posts whereby the author has met target, and then decided it's not the right one.....I think there's all this pressure (both class, here online and personal) to meet it, it's set more in haste.
I've set my target in my head, but that's it, I'll know better when I get closer I guess - but thinking another 2st - so 4 in total, half way there, so we'll see.
I'm sure yourC will give you great advice, and help you to get it sorted

Excellent job on reaching target!

I decided my goal was going to be 9st, but having lost quite a bit now ive decided that it doesnt matter what i weigh, the important thing is my size!!! So having gone from a 14/16 i am now in a 12 and some 10's fit, my goal is now to be a comfortable and healthy size 10 which means my weight will be 9 1/2 instead of the 9!!! But like i said weight doesnt matter!!!! :0)

I agree the only thing is if you attend group and reach target you have to stay within 3lbs above and 3lbs below to qualify for free membership! A financial incentive to keep within the target band.

I've had LOTS of speed foods today but no superspeeds so I've just sat down with my book and wrote down all the superspeeds I like so I'm gonna try and eat at least 3 a day......hopefully!!
