how many do people have a week/day ??? im going to try and have at least 2 a day for this week to see how it boosts my weight loss as i gained this week : ( lol

I know the 3lb either way is to keep you on track, but yeah, I guess it's got to be the right target.
I've read several posts whereby the author has met target, and then decided it's not the right one.....I think there's all this pressure (both class, here online and personal) to meet it, it's set more in haste.
I've set my target in my head, but that's it, I'll know better when I get closer I guess - but thinking another 2st - so 4 in total, half way there, so we'll see.
I'm sure yourC will give you great advice, and help you to get it sorted
