supplements Do you?

    Hi,

    I've not been taking any supplements, yesterday and today have been suffering with leg cramps in just my left leg, has anyone else suffered with these cramps, and do you take any supplements.

    multivitamins for women, echinacea and vitamin C with zinc. The last 2 are only because I keep getting poorly and want to boost imune system,

    if you are getting leg cramps ... first thing is to consider your water intake (!) Second thing is to consider taking magnesium and calcium supplements (although you prob get enough calcium if having your cream and cheese). Try upping your water a bit more (sorry, i know you and water don't get along)

    Ive had over 3 litres today and the cramps are still on and off, theyve been ok for the last 3 hours and now they back, I'll have to get some magnesium.
