Sorry, I expect this may have been asked before... I am curious what, if any, supplements people take alongside their chosen weight loss plan.

At the moment I take a multi vit, cod liver oil, psyhillium husks for extra fibre and silicia for my hair and nails!

I get very sucked into all the various weird and wonderful pills offered by Holland & Barrett but I do realise that it is best to get the vast majority of your nutrients through sensible diet choices.

Anyway just wondering if anyone else takes or recommends anything in particular!
 
I just take a multi-vitamin with iron, and occasionally calcium/vitamin D tablets. Not together though mind! :p

Do have some cod liver oil tablets knocking about as well but not really that strict/religious on taking them lol
