Support and advice please

Why not try instead of a day off plan just a meal off plan or a none food treat. It's hard for me cos I know what's coming up and pressure to do it

Because most of the foods I eat are healthy it would probably be just a meal off plan if I am going out either for breakfast or main meal So tedious cooking for yourself every day xx

I know that one that's why I used to order take aways or just not eat. It's hard being on your own I know how that feels
