Support and willpower

Hi all,
I started on this forum on ww and then slimming world. But neither of them have panned out!
I lost 4stone since July 2010 and now hit a plateau at 15stone.

So I want to try calorie counting, I have signed up for my fitness pal and I am determined to lose weight before my holiday in October. I want to lose 3 stone by 4th October - is this doable???

Basically looking for support and a little bit of willpower! Any suggestions to get me started would be ace xx

I have been on and off diets for a few years and like you wanting now to get to goal and as of tomorrow i will doing calorie counting :D
I think what i'm just about to do is find out how many calories i should have i know as a rule they say you shouldn't have less than 1200, but i did use to have 1000 - i am only a shorty ,
I am this time making sure i note every thing down and weighing everything that passes my lips !

Hey, my fitness pal gave me the target calories of the day, and u can keep track during the day.

I am aiming for 1000 per day, even though the advice says 1200.
