Surprised at my loss

I have just braved the scales . As you know my week has been a bit up and down really but I'm pleased as I've stuck with it and managed to lose another 1lb. That's 6lb in two weeks for me that is fantastic.
I'm out for dinner with friends tonight but will pick sensible choices.

Oh I did thank you. I ended up with one glass of wine and fish and chips. The fish proved too much for me so I gave half of it to hubby. Suffering today with indigestion as it was deep fried. Not to worry back on the straight and narrow today.
