Had my 11th week weigh in and lost 2.4lbs Had a really good chat with my CDC and she asked if I had some before pictures so I showed her. She was really happy and even talked about putting me forward to slimmer of the year when I get to goal! Never expected it, really glad I have her as a CDC. It makes a world of a difference having a great CDC

Wow, a possible celebrity in our midst! You must be very excited to be doing so well, and yes, a good CD counsellor is worth his/her weight in gold (excuse the pun). Mine is lovely and I hope to give her a special mention when I reach goal.
