Surzy's Food Fiesta!!

After a disappointing weigh in (only lost 1lb even after 3 sessions in the gym!!)

Today - EE day

2 weetabix and milk with splenda (hexb and some of hexa)

apple and orange

Lunch batchelors curry rice with quorn pieces, broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots.

Dont be disheartened about the 1lb loss...you have had such amazing losses that sometimes it slows down a little
Plus because of the exercise you may be retaining a little water, i often fine my exercise has an affect on the next week!
 
Cold baked beans straight from the tin is how I eat them always!

lg punnet of cherry toms
1 ww yogurt
ainsley cous cous (roast veg)
2 oranges
2 slices of lean ham
1 alpen light
1/2 a fibre plus bar
1 snap pot of baked beans (cold!)

5 new sm potatos chopped into wedges with chili flakes and seasoning
broccoli florets and carrots
2 quorn fillets with a tomato sauce

42g low fat cheese (hexa)
1 warburtons wrap (as a pizza base) (8 syns)
ham, peppers, tomato, pineapple as pizza topping.
