Hi hun,

How is the diet going? Are you still on WW?

I'm thinking of starting it tomorrow to get the last 10lb off.
I can't stick to CD & have gone back to Atkins, but I'm cheating too! It's a bloody nightmare. lol

I need to give myself a break from "dieting". (I know ww is a diet, but it's more a varied diet)

Anyway, I'm just wondering how you felt when you changed from CD to ww. Have you still kept an eye on the amount of carbs you eat? Did you put any weight on initially? Do you get more hungry & have you found it difficult to stick to?

Sorry for all the questions, but I figured you would be the best person top ask.

When I 1st swoped to ww i found it hard to eat all my points and was fairly carefull what carbs I ate, my 1st week I sts and since I lost a steady 1lb a week until christmas when I had a couple of weeks off but sts again.

I find i eat a lot but its all low or zero point things like fruit and veg etc

I find ww really easy to stick to obviously there are days when you want to eat things that wshouldnt that will take us over our daily points but I dont worry about it as its only 1 day and its not really going to make any diff to my weight in the long run.

Aw thanks for that. I've just had a look at your diary & it's really reassuring to see someone eating "normal" after CD. Especially as alot of people think you pile the weight on when you eat again.

I bet it's great to have so much choice again. I can't wait!! xx
