Hi ya'll. Finally got to goal so am now hoping to stay at goal, with a view to lose another half stone later in the summer.
 
Saturday:

Breakfast:
20g cheerios -2pp
Splash milk -1pp

Snack:
Slice toast -2pp
Slice galtee cheese -1pp
Mandarin -0pp

Lunch:
150g oven chips -5pp
25g coleslaw -2pp
Popcorn- 3pp
Skinny cino -1pp

Snack:
Robbed a mouthful of steak and a spoon of ice cream -3pp

Dinner:



Total so far: 20/29pp

Congrrats on getting to goal, that's fab!
Just wondered- are you going to up your points from 29pp to maintain?x
 
No as i was not eating bread or pasta etc whilst getting to goal so i'll need to be still extra careful now that i'm back eating them.
 
Oh ok, because i was wondering about maintaining after goal as i don't attend meetings- i heard your points go up to 33 or something?
Anyway, i hope you enjoy your yummy carbs! you deserve them after all your hard work :) x
 
I'd rather have more weeklies for alcohol ha ha. I don't go to meeting either so not sure myself. I wont say no to another few pounds loss though for the moment, sure who wouldn't :D
