Morning! Back in the land of the living today, after lots of sleep and nurofen...

Lots to do, dropping house keys off to my old work for a mate there, she's looking after the furbs next Thursday; then got a charity coming to pick up five bags of clothes and books; then a Freecycler coming to pick up the vibroplate - it's all go!

Yeah slowly getting there, amazing how much rubbish I've accumulated in a short time!

Had a massive sleep in this morning, but not got much to do today, so why not!

Gave some bath stuff to my neighbour, and I've got two big bags of stuff to take to group tomorrow for the gang.

I'm not going to weigh in, but do want to say goodbye to my closest 'friends' there.

Yep Tipp things are moving fast alright . If I don't get the job there won't be quite as much urgency, but at least I'm more or less ready for either eventuality.

B - potato croquettes, beans, basil, HEA cheese eggy bake and coffee
L - spicy tomato and veg pasta and green salad
D - chicken and salad
S - rye cakes with Sweet Freedom, or Marmite and HEA cheese

What’s the sweet freedom like Susie? I used to get a sugar free syrup from muscle food but it wasn’t very nice and it was very runny x

Charlotte I really like the Sweet Freedom, it's thick and I use it in lots of different ways - on rye cakes, in yogurt or Options, and if you add it to an Options AND a yogurt and spoon the mix into chocolate moulds and freeze, it makes yummy little ice creams .

Well girls it has been a really sh*t day at work - not for me, but this morning they sacked one woman for allegedly being rubbish at her job (she wasn't), then when I was at SW, I got a message to say they'd sacked another woman for complaining in a letter about the treatment of the first woman! Both were escorted off the premises and not even allowed to say goodbye! What a bunch of utter, utter bas**rds. Everyone is so upset, it's going to be horrible tomorrow.

TG I'm leaving!!! Just wish I could take the rest of them with me.

Feel sick, not going to have dinner. Just glad I don't have any wine in the house!

Thank goodness you’re getting out of that place. Sounds terrible, those poor women. How they think that treating the staff like that is ok is beyond me. Terrible for staff morale which can effect their business, idiots.

I might give that a try, sounds really nice.

it's a global one Tipp but the president is American.

Hilariously he's just been in and basically told me it was advisable for me to keep away from the office discussion about who did/said what...arrogant sod! We're pretty sure there's an office spy, so conversation is on the lowdown, which is making it a horrible atmosphere. Oh well, only 11.5 more days to go. They are finally coming back to me with a confirmed leaving date today, only taken a week, but of course they've been too busy sacking people to worry about me - however, I'm certainly not coming back in after 7 June!

Rent in the short term, Lottie, so I can be sure the North East is for little old moi . But I was talking to my most risk averse friend last night and even she had to agree that I have a good plan with a good back up plan too, and that it will get me the retirement I want.

I think it might be a comfort eating evening LOL.

Another day, another resignation...one of the comms consultants is going. She has another job but also told them what she thought of them. And there are a load of negative reviews for Theirworld on Glass Door, check them out if you can be bothered. There's a couple of glowing fake ones at the top, select Most Recent and enjoy.

10.5 days to go...

Even though I'm not eating to plan, will syn my food and try and rein it in a bit!

Treating staff like that will only give people a push if they’ve been thinking about leaving too. I wonder if any more will leave.
