Morning allNo Leslie this morning, my knees protested too much, will see how they feel tonight - plus the cleaner (my treat for saving lots of £ by not smoking) turned up early! Not feeling the love for this cold weather - might do a long weekend to Italy in March, give me something to look forward to - and might aim for a 2 stone loss by then - I'm sure that's doable!

And Tracy said she didn't exercise while losing, so I'm not going to push it - but it's Day 18 of not smoking and boy di I notice a difference in my breathing when I'm walking along, which is fab

LOL I did clean up slightly beforehandStruggling a little bit tonight, - had dinner, had my crackers (2), had a hot chocolate - and I'm still hungry. Water, fruit - all the good stuff is there - but my mind keeps flicking to the bowl of leftover pasta in the fridge...

Thanks Stackie that does make me feel a lot better xxx Well I did a fail last night - had a small bowl of the pasta with leftover quark and some parmesan and chilli, and then two Alpen bars - not happy, but it's done and WI this morning shows no damage - but also no loss, boo. So it's back to including more miracle pasta in my evening meal to make me feel really full so I stop grazing. I think this must be another habit I've got to break, because I really don't understand why I do it. I wasn't that hungry, I told myself not to do it and yet I went ahead anyway! Serena it's a sort of fishy (until you really rinse it) plant thing....Ok I'll start this againIt's a sort of pasta copy, only it doesn't taste like pasta....oh I give up lol - here's a link to one brand. There are quite a few - cheapest at your local Asian shop, then eBay - MiracleNoodle - Penne Evening all - just had my chicken casserole - stuffed to the gills with veg, so all good. Will put some noodles in the leftovers and have it for lunch
