Sis you're a genius! Just tried it without a programme on the lowest speed and it was fab.
Should I start with about 10 minutes? Gosh I hope it helps the RLS/my knees and the circulation issue, be amazeballs if it does.
Later - just done 10 minutes and I don't know or care if it's psychosomatic but my knees do feel less stiff when i walk around. Might do another 10 minutes later and then hop into an Epsom salt bath.
