Sw and pregnancy!!

Hi I'm following sw at home on my own can't afford membership.

I am 17 weeks pregnant and was wandering if anyone has access to a pregnancy booklet, as on fb I've been told there is some changes but I can't go to classes as I can't afford to at the moment.
