I lost 1.5lb this week.
Put on 1lb again this week. Don't know what's wrong with me, I can't stop eating everything in sight at the moment.
Kyra, with the dairy milk, when you get them home break the slab into smaller equal parts and wrap individually in tin foil and write days of the week on themim doing the same thing..im sure there will be a + when i weigh myself! boredom is the killer for me i think x
and 99p dairy milk bars from the corner shop!
