SW & Breastfeeding

I'm also a bf peer supporter (Trained with LLL) and breastfed my daughter for 16 months my little man has tongue tie at the moment but its being released next week so hopefully things will become a bit easier for him!

I'm really looking forward to getting back to SW, i've actually lost 7lb in just over a week but I suspect alot of that is fluid as I had alot of fluid retention when pregnant.

I plan on joining SW once i've had my 6 week check x

I wish I'd joined SW after my 6 week check rather than eating everything in sight for 2 years ... !
