Is it right that the allowance has changed to 45g low fat cheese??? Are there any other changes?

A lot, most of them to do with healthy extra amounts. If you go looking on this forum you will find threads about them

Apparently it's to do with people not always having digital scales (like me). I have an older book so mine still said 42g reduced fat cheese, and it was hard to tell on my scales, so it's a lot easier now. The same for wholemeal bread on hexb, used to be 57g and is now 60g. A lot easier!
