Hi there, I found the receipe online and u am making this as we speak. For the topping I mages the potatoes up and added in an egg instead if butter or milk. I never beat the egg as receipe never said too. I have just compared diff ones and the rest have said to beat the egg first and pour it in!! Will mine b ok???
