B: magic porridge & strawberries (sooo yummy)

L: tuna pasta salad

Gym
13 minute run 1min walk 5 min run 1 min walk 5 min run 1 min walk. 15 min cardio wave 15 min cross trainer . Leg weights arm weights sit ups ! :)

I kno I went shopping spent £20 and got hardly anything so frustrating xx

It's bad isn't it I'm using up stuff in my cupboards this week until I start group on Tuesday so not following 100% to plan but gonna get a few plans in order for when i do :) x

Red day I think (eeek first one anyone correct me if I'm wrong ! )

B: magic porridge again with a toffee muller (hexb 1 )

L: wholemeal roll (hexb 2) Heinz soup (6.5 high I know but needed to use it up and easy for work!)
Muller light
Apple

Snack : banana before gym

D: not sure yet maybe quorn pieces in fajita powder with some salad ? And cheese for hex a?

1hr body conditioning class :)

Your menu sounds good to me, I have done a few red days too especially if having a salad and it's nice to have extra healthy a's and b's. Good luck with the rest of your day. Beck x
 
Body conditioning was fab have booked two more classes for this week aswell so that's 3 workouts also planning workout in the gym Friday and a run either tomorrow or weds depending on the weather !! I've got the bug :) not complaining !!! X

Mayo (1.5)
1x baby bell light 1/3 hex a

Crisps (5)
Diet coke
Not the best lunch but I'm feeling snacky today so want little bits

Snack: hot choc (3)
Banana

D: quorn fillets in Tomato sauce (3) and 2x melted baby bell lights (2/3 hex a) with veg I think

Yeh been ok thanks will be on Tuesdays starting a week today was meant to join group today but ended up working so have to join next week and follow plan from home as much as I know I can do between now and then ! What about u xx

Ok so today hasn't been crazy but hasn't been a slimming world day I've only got 6 days till I'm on the bandwagon officially and joined a group soooo going to try use all my non sw foods up so if everyone will allow me to I'm gonna calorie count from here till tues to use up my food :)
No one abandon me as I'm here to stay :)
B: slimfast choc (230)

L: pasta n sauce, tuna and cheese (590 ekkkk)

and a muller corner (195)

D: slimfast bar (210)

1225 so far

Going for a run tonight aswell so may have a little something after aswell ! Hope everyone is well xx

Thanks Hun :) I only use them occasionally for a really low cal day or sometimes as a quick and easy breakfast :) I'm so excited to join class xx
