SW Food Diary

Ok, so have decided to take the plunge....
Day 1 of SW and have opted for EE

Starting weight is: 12st 6lbs - ouch!
Goal weight (in the first instance) is: 11st

So....today, i plan to eat:

B: Fruit salad and fat free natural yoghurt
L: Cous Cous salad with red pepper, cucumber and greens
D: Chicken stir-fry with egg noodles and stir fry veg

S: Orange and Chocolate Alpen Light Bar (HexB)
S: Tea with skimmed milk (HexA)

Hopefully that all looks ok?

I am quite new to slimming world but that all looks good to me :)
Those chocolate orange alpen bars are so yummy.
I've just had natural yoghurt mixed with a bit of sweetener and vanilla extract with a handful of raisin oats and more.
I'm having roasted veg cous cous and feta cheese for lunch and hopefully (fingers crossed) a home made Thai green curry :)))

cant believe how much you get to eat on this diet!

No probs! Found out tonight that you can't split your healthy extras (which I have been doing!! :() So you would have to have another alpen for B choice not the other half as bread/weetabix etc. Hope this makes sense! So glad you had another alpen and not something different, sorry about wrong advice!

So....today I have had:
B: blueberries and fat free natural yoghurt
L: stir fry veg and noodles
D: Thai turkey cakes (taken from extra easy meals cookbook), rocket salad and jacket potato

S: tea with skimmed milk (hex a)
S: grapes
S: muller light strawberry yoghurt
S: alpen bar light (hex b)

Syn: 2 - flora light

I have to say that if you haven't tried the Thai turkey cakes then they are an absolute must!!!!

right, sorry, havent been on for a while but have been good as gold and have now completed my first week and have lost 4lbs! yay!

so, today am having/have had:

B: fat free natural yoghurt, fruit salad
L: cous cous salad with spring greens, cucumber and peppers
D: stir fry or roasted veg - not sure yet

S: muller light
S: fruit
S: alpen light bars (hex B)
S: tea with milk (hex A)

woohoo!!! week 2 here we come....
