SW from WW

Hi everyone,
Has anyone moved to SW from WW and lost weight in the first week? I just wondered as I know someone who has been on WW for ages and has moved to SW EE and doesn't feel as though she will lose weight.

I wondered if it took time to balance out? It seems she is eating loads compared to WW and wonders if it will work for her?

Any help, as always, greatly appreciated!!! :)

I moved from WW to SW and within in a week had a good weight loss. Provided she sticks to plan there is no reason for her not too either. SW is different to WW, there are no points to count and it does feel like you are eating more, well you are but it's the type of food you are eating that counts.

Thanks Fallenangel, that's the thing, she does feel like she's eating loads (and is) but after being restricted on 18 points she will do!!

Fingers crossed!!

When I swapped from WW to SW I lost 2lbs in my first week - which is loads for me as I am very slow weight loser.

Hi, I swapped from ww core plan to the sw ee plan as they were similar and lost 5lb on first week and then put on 3.5lb 2nd which was my fault as I pigged out on bad food and drink then lost 1.5lb 3rd wk and just lost 3lb on my 4th week and I am eating heaps. If she sticks to it she can loose and I have only 9lb left to get to my sw goal as it is lower than my ww one as with ww I am at my goal of 10st 6lb but sw it is 9st 12lb for my club 10 so set goal at that too.
