SW kick start

Hi everyone

I've been doing SW since January and have lost 3 stone now, but for the last month or so, have lost all my motivation and really need to find it again as i still have another 2 stone to lose. Can anyone offer any advice to help me kick start my way back into it?

How about trying Success Express? It is quite challenging, but if you can manage to stick to it the rewards (losses) can be great!

If you do a search on here you will be able to find more details, but basically it is:
- Three meals per day
- Two thirds of your plate needs to be Superfree (rather than the usual one third on Extra Easy)
- All snacks need to be free foods.
- Two HExA & Two HExB
- Syns must be judged by their highest values

Hope this makes sense? I'm sure someone will be able to explain in more detail lol!

It's time to dig deep and focus on what your goals are and maybe set yourself new ones, you have come so far, and it would be a shame for you to lose motivation... Try going back to basics and rely on some of the threads and folk on here for new recipes, ideas and just plain old support to recharge your desire to lose more...

just seen u are following it at home. u could always be really cheeky and find a local group, sit thru the start up convo then um... leave and go home, without paying. the start up talk might be all u need to re focus again. i've heard it happen for others :)

I'm doing sucess express this week (though my lunch was just a mug shot due to being quick for driving lesson)

Its actually very easy just chuck more veg on your plate and you got a SE meal

I say easy for me it is, because 99% of my meals are free anyway I just tend to snack which is my downfall and why im doing SE this week

Thanks you! :) I think I definitely need to change my recipes around a bit as seem to be eating a lot of the same things at the moment.

Thats another thing ive done this week before it was all about the quorn so ive thrown in some red days too

I am in the exact same boat. I just keep snacking on crisps and chocolate. That bar of Ripple is looking at me right now!!! I'm so desperate to have it!!
