£5 is that all  bargain then, definitely get in I think the mag is great and look forward to getting mine at class.

I get mine mainly for the recipes some of the stories can get a bit samey but then again some are very inspiring

I'm sure you will enjoy it.

My consultant mentioned this morning that the new mag is due in this week. She had hoped to have them with her today so should be available next week.

I think some of the recipes are really good - I use my magazines a lot when I'm doing my meal plans, and write on the plan which magazine it's in!

I've got several years' worth filed away in a filing cabinet (saddo!). I file them by month and then every now and then grab a handful for the recipes and to provide motivation etc. I agree, though, that the stories can be a bit samey

I only started SW in July but had bought a couple of magazines earlier, unfortunately I've got a couple missing and my consultant hasn't got any left as she always sells out.

I'm also planning on cutting out the recipes and putting in a ring binder - should take up less room that all the magazines.

I thought it was an excellent deal, till I realised it worked out cheaper to buy them through class!

Although you do get a free gift though, but it's not something I would use, if you did then it'd make it a good deal

My friend lost 5 stone a few years ago on SW, and in only 7 months, and then ran the London Marathon and SW didn't want to know. I think that sort of story would've been good, but I guess you don't know how many similar stories they have. We always joked about how all the stories sound the same, and how they'd make her story sound.

I still love the mag though, just wish they had more people in there and it was every mont, rather than 7 a year!

love the mag , the only downside is that alot of the success stories in the last mag where not exactly overly big to start wit iykwim... i like to see people that i can relate to

I dont mind that so much, but what I dont understand is why most of them seem to be sw consultants

I am also a fan of the mag:) I agree that it should be every month though, I think it is great for motivation and tips.

I love looking for ladies similar height and starting weight to me, and then seeing the difference in them once they have got to target. No idea why they keep showing people who have all become consultants though?? Maybe they are trying to recruit and therefore think by featuring newly recruited SW consultants, they can brag about what a great job it is??? Just speculation, of course;)

I agree, most of the success stories are SW banging the drum for their consultants. They have gone from a caring organisation to a purely money making product.
