its all about eating the right food and the right quantity and not starving yourself well done with your weight loss

That's still a loss tho, ur goin the right way I lost 3 so got my 1/2st award, had a crap wk this wk tho so not lookin forward to next weigh in, well done again Hun x

I had a few factors this week which could have affected the scales, so hopefully I will see the loss next WI.

Off to the gym with the BF tonight... ouch haha... but it will be followed with a Steam room, Sauna & dvd night

Good luck this week, Im sure you havent done to badly, I find usually if you think you've done bad then you surprise yourself on the scales!
