:D green day

breakfast fruit and muller light youg

snack one alpen (1/2 a HEB) cereal bar and a banana

lunch 2 slices slimming world quiche and lentil soup

snack alpen bar (other 1/2 of HEB)

tea (really wasnt hungry) 2 slices sw quiche (the one made with pasta and eggs i love it) slimming world rice pudding (5 syns worth)

supper fibre plus bar (HEB) magical elves bar (3.5 syns) and a pear.

my hexa are always milk for my cuppas :D

total 8.5 syns ( i will be trying to have the full syn allwance until i need to drop it but like saving for the weekend)


any comments welcome early days just wanna check if doing ok as i am an online member its nice to be able to interact with other sw members:D

Hello, I'm a green on-line member too. Your day looks fine but I agree that a bit more fruit and veg may boost your losses a bit and be good for your health! Good luck, hope you enjoy the plan x

thanks peeps feel like i am having loads of fruit about 5 portions a day but i should put more veg in will work on that. :0) many thanks

lunch curried beans (1 syn) and lentil loaf

heb 2 alpen bars and i fibre plus bars
apple pear banana
other syns: sugar (1) 10 mikados (5) i magical elves bar (3.5)
