SW Online Member (newbie!) My Diary :)

I'm feeling extremely guilty today :-( started off brilliantly yesterday, but then after having a bottle and a half of Rose Wine, then decided to order a 12" Chick & Mushroom Pizza, Small Fries and 9" Garlic Bread w/Cheese :-(

So, I've decided to give up the Alcohol altogether (well, I never go out so only drink at home, think I'll just have a drink if and when I do eventually go out).

So, diary as follows:

B/FAST:
1 x Hovis W/meal toast (HEb), Fried Egg (in Frylight - 8 sprays), 3 x slices lean Lidl Dulano Ham (all grilled), Pepper
Coffee w/SS Milk (HEa)

SNACK:
sml Tangerine & 100g Chopped Strawberries

LUNCH:
280g Veetee Golden Veg Rice (I think about 3.5 syns, but can't find it anywhere?)
TBLSP Hellmans Tom.Ketchup (1.5 syns, I think?)

DINNER:
1.5 bottle Rose Wine :-(
Chicken & Mushroom 12" Thin crust Pizza :-(
9" Garlic Bread w/Cheese :-(
French Fries
Hellmans Tom.ketchup :-(

1/2 tin Heinz Baked Beans
3 x slices Lean Dulano (Lidl) Wafer Ham
100g Raspberries
Tea w/SS Milk (HEa)

LUNCH:
Vanilla ML yog, w/chopped Strawberries
4 x slices Dulano Wafer Ham
Sliced Cucumber
Cherry Vine Tomatoes
Pineapple Chunks

DINNER:
2 x Youngs Fish in Parsley Sauce
Asda Baby New Potatoes in water
Marrowfat Peas (1/2 tin)
65g Frozen Julienne Carrots
50g Frozen Green Beans
Balsamic Vinegar

8 cups of Water so far

Will be using the rest of my HEa on more brews as the night goes on, I love my tea's and coffee's so the 250ml of SS milk as my HEa suits me perfectly!

Only 3 syns today, but after the digusting day I had with the Wine, Pizza etc yesterday I don't mind!

Still only had 946 calories too today, need something for a snack

SW Chicken & Veg Soup (Potato, Celery, Onion, Carrot, Chicken, Chicken Stock, Red Chilli, Dark Soy Sauce, Black & White Pepper, Dried Basil) x 3 bowls, Oops!

How you getting on- when is weigh in?? I lost half a pound this week which I'm quite pleased with - keeps me still within target range. Hoping to lose again this week so I'll be popping by for some meal ideas!! X
 
I'm back! After giving birth to my third child and now needing to lose 3 stone, eek!!

I'm currently 12st 7lb and decided to do the EE plan again - I was new to SW just before I got pregnant so I'm still really learning - any tips and advice greatly welcomed :)

Decided to start my diary again and would appreciate feedback if possible :)

Here goes for yesterday...

B/Fast -
Instant coffee w/semi-skimmed milk (40ml) HEA

Lunch -
Sweet & Sour Mugshot
Tangerine
Costa Medium Skinny Latté HEA

Dinner -
250g jacket potato w/skin, 350g baked beans, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, 3 x slices lean ham, light grated cheese (50g)??? Can't find syn value for cheese???

Snacks -
175ml red wine (6 syns)?
