when I make the quiche I make sure I put in plenty of onions and peppers and mushrooms and chilli flakes and cook it until it's really well done - delicious.

I was the same as you and put off making it for ages, but it is actually quite delicious. I'm going to make one later this week I think. Mmmm.
Its a bit like an omelette in some ways and people who don't even like cottage cheese have said they like it! You can vary it and put in what you like and I feel like I have good losses when have had a quiche, maybe because its got the low fat dairy in that is supposed to help with losing fat? I'd give it a go and then you will know if its worthwhile for you!

It's fab with loads of onions and mushrooms, you can also add peppers to it to make it nice and colourful. Great for getting your superfree in. X
