Green Day SW Quiche

Ok all,

I have made SW quiche twice now and it seems quite wet. I mix cottage cheese, laughing cow triangles (he a), 2 eggs with onions, peppers and mushrooms (fry in frylight first). I grater some cheese on top on slice some tomato and bake for 30 mins sometimes longer if the kids get in the way, lol!

I attempted to drain th CC but nothing drained off, what am I doing "wrong"?

Also, how do you use a pasta n sause to make a quiche?

Mm I've made the SW quiche a few times and it's perfect everytime,

3 eggs (beaten)
A pot of CC (usually 200-300g)
And then any extras tuna is good all mixed in together and then spooned into silicone cases and my HEXA of cheese of top!

mine was like that wen i used the cottage cheese, but now i use quark and it doesnt do it. good luck x
 
I think it really comes down to how much cottage cheese and eggs you are using along with the size of your dish. I can honestly say I have never had a wet quiche.
