I do these differently. I boil the eggs. Blitz lean pork mince in the food processor make it smoother add spices I use season all. Place around the unshelled egg. Blitz HE brown bread in processor. Roll covered egg in beaten egg then breadcumbs and cook in the oven til golden.

I love the idea of pork mince whizzed with spices as I dont like the bits that sausages/sausagemeat have in them ( put me off of scotch eggs last time I made them so I will give the pork mince a try

i have use extra lean pork mince and added sage to it with onions, then coated in cous cous are really yummy.

Hi all

I've made a very similar version but instead of using bread crumbs etc I used polenta and fry light does anybody know if polenta has any syns ? I would look at my slimmingworld pack but can't find it - thanks all in advance xxx
