SW Shopping List?

As I have already posted I'm going to join up tonight and hopefully going straight food shopping after.

So I guess my question is what is on your essential SW weekly shopping list?

dried pasta
potatoes
fresh veg/fruit
ryvita
eggs
low fat cheddar
laughing cow triangles light
baked beans
tinned peas
chickpea dahl (canned)
quorn sausages/chunks/mince/etc
pasata
...i could go on!!!
 
lowfat cottage cheese
mullers or any free yog
loads of fruit
salad
jacket spuds
tins of beans and spagetti
eggs
meat for reds
pasta and rice
batchelors pasta sauces
portions of frozen cod/coley
sweetner
alpen light bars (2 for a hexb)
porridge oats
a little pocket notepad for writing everything down you eat so you can keep it with you!

i have never seen chichpea dahl, have looked in asda but our asda is crap. our shopping list is:

potatoes,
bananas,
pasta,
fat free super noodles,
batchelors pasta n sauce,
beans,
tinned pasta and meat free ravioli,
low fat cheddar,
vlf fromage frais,
spinach,
nimble,
mini weetabix,
semi skimmed milk,
diet cherry coke,
onions,
quorn,
chicken breast,
mince,
peppers,
rice,
spices
 
it's in an obscure place!!! it isn't with all the other tinned meal stuff. there's a shelf with veg curry, bombay potato and chickpea dahl....but it's in the tinned aisle - where the peas are.

Eggs
Nimble
Alpen Lights
Mullerlights/ Optifit yoghurts (from Aldi, they are delicious)
Gammon
Bananas (keep me full and great with yogurt)
 
Thanks for all of them - given me some good ideas. Decided I have enough healthy food to last me another day so can do my SW food shopping then.

Just enough time to get my head around it all. On Crunchy Bran cereal for breakfast, with chicken salad for lunch and then chicken and mushroom SW quiche for tea (maybe with a jacket potato!). I'm really looking forward to it - feeling very positive, not felt like this for ages!
