SW website onion bhajis

I use either Smash or any leftover mashed potatoes. Finely slice onions, mix together with some egg or frmage frais to bind and add curry powder to taste. I usually go by colour, not too darK. Bake in the oven on around 200° for 40 minutes or so. Syn free too!
Hi, has anyone tried the SW onion bhajis off of the website? I've tried a few recipes before and been dissapointed (decided I really don't like chickpeas!!!) so wanted to see if these were worth a bash!
if by this you mean the one from the SW Curry Feast book then yes I have! I haven't tried any of the other recipes so I can't compare but these are pretty good - they look a bit odd but genuinely do taste like the real thing. They are a syn each (and tiny if you make the number the recipe suggests) so the down side is it is really easy to eat 5!!

Can't imagine how chickpeas and mash can make them the right texture.......
