Sweet Chilli Sauce

i'm doing AAMW...

do you think if i put like a smidgin of sweet chilli sauce on my lettuce it will do any damage...

(and when i say a smidgin, i mean a smidgin, like less that half a teaspoon?)

what chilli sauce are you using though? The hellmans one is fine but I've not heard about any others that are ok.

it's just asda's own, but it's the tinyest bit ever, just on the lettuce

What does the nutritional info say on the back? What is the carb content? does it give any indication of sugars? Glucose??!

per half bottle there is carbs and sugars, but i'm not concerned cos this was less than half a teaspoon just to add favour to little bit of lettuce

i dont know if uve ever used frylight (spray oil i a can one cal per spray).
well they now do a saladlight (balsamic dressing in a spray).
it has one calorie per spray and only trace of carbs.
i used it for the first time a few days ago and it was lovely.
took 3 sprays to add flavouring to 2 whole lettuce leaves and it was yummy, only 3 calories
