Sweetners

I Understand tablets are fine, but I'd like to sweeten up the porridges, I had a sprinkle of canderel powder which I regret now as I didn't know powder wasn't allowed...
Any suggestions???

drop a couple of sweetners in boiling water then use it to make up the porridge x

Im not sure hun, I think its when it has aspartame in that we shouldnt have it....have a look on the label

I use which ever tablet one I have in the kitchen and like the above poster said, drop it in the boiling water stage.
