As anyone else switched from a VLCD to WW to continue loosing weight. I lost just over 4st doing a VLCD but have decided that I want to lose the remaining 3st 10lbs doing WW. I want to do it more healthily whilst teaching myself how to eat well to I can keep the weight off permanently. I just wondered how your bodies adjusted and what your losses were like. I am expecting to gain for the first couple of weeks until my body adjusts.
