Switching to diet chef, anyone tried it?

Hi all, i have been doing exante for 27 days and have lost about 12lb, i did cheat once and that probably lost me a couple of lb. Anyway i have 3 weeks worth of packs left so i'am hoping to lose another 9lb, that will take me to about 7lb from goal. I know that diet chef is about 1200 calories but i'am hoping it will mean i eat sensibily and not go made and eat and drink everything (i did this when i came off LL) Just wondering if anyone has done the diet and has any thoughts on switching to it after a vcld??
