Switching to Lob Carb

Hello All,

I have been desperatley trying to Reach 9 stone for months.

Using a healthy balanced diet I have gotton to 9 stone 12lbs but can no longer shift any pounds.

I excercise all the time but I think a switch of diet may kick my metabolism back up.

I am going to give 10 weeks of low carbing a try, hoping to reach 9.2lbs.

A 1lb a week I think is realistic.

If anyone has any advice please let me know - Happy Low Carbing!

I think 1lb loss a week is attainable regardless of your start weight.
 
First day: Felt like rubbish the entire day! Tired and headache'y but as always low carbing makes me feel like this until around day 3.

Hoping for some losses this week!
 
I have a lot further to go so I'm hoping to be 9.2 by Christmas!

Have been low carbing since Thursday and feeling great!
 
I am just reducing the amount of carbs - I know if I cut them out completley il pile all the weight back on I find gradually eating some carbs is the way to go.

How does the ketosis plan work? Ive heard it mentioned but never followed!
