Just seen that waitrose are doing a chicken wrap in lettuce!! No tortilla! And also a Greek salad one! Please could someone work out the syns in this for me please:

Spiced chicken & mango lettuce wrap

Fibre 1.6

This is per pack...and the weight is 135g
Also the sauce comes in' a separate pot so you don't even have to use it!!! ))
