Syn free Cottage Cheese please!!

Hi im on EE and i know this has prob been asked but can any1 post a upto date cottage cheese list please....

No list but all the major supermarket healthy versions are syn free in their plain form and usually with chive and onion. it's when you start adding flavours that the syns come in but they are only small - half to one syn per 100g. if you are looking for a particular brand try doing a search in the syn values sub-forum which is where all the syn questions are posted and answered.
