love this recipe i make a batch and keep them in my fridge when i need a snack ;)

Ingredients

silicone bun cases
3-4 eggs
50ml of the HEXA semi-skimmed milk
lean bacon or wafer thin ham
cherry tomatoes
sliced mushrooms
red onion
2 spring onion

Method

Pre-heat oven to gas mark 5 or 190cSpray a frying pan with Frylight and put the red onion and spring onion in and sweat them

I use between 6 and 10 silicone bun cases depending on how many other ingredients you are putting in the cases.

Add tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon or ham and onions in to the silicone cases.

Crack the eggs in to a bowl with the milk and beat

Pour the egg mix into the cases and then place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 mins or until cooked

*this recipe is a guideline and can put whatever ingredients you like in or just have the eggs i always change what i put in

Sounds lovely! Poundland have Jane Asher silicone bun cases but it doesn't say on the web site how many are in the pack, it looks like it could be 6 for £!.
