syn free or low syn ready meals???

Defo not worth the 2syns ! Have you tried the Eat Smart cabonara dried pasta and the tomato one ? they are only 1 syn each and really tastey if you sprinkle he A on the top

Just another little tip - when making soup, add pasta or rice to it to bulk it out. Keeps me fuller for longer and syn free x

ooh, and having seen the tips about making meals in advance - save yourself time and energy and invest in a slow cooker - i say invest, mine was £7 in asda. anything you like, stews, soups, spag bol, chilli con carne - just bung it all in, go on with your day and come back and it's all cooked! then portion that out. I have also invested in a thermos lunch box thing - it stops me having something bad because i'm starving if i've got a hot meal with me!

I've had this before - it's quite nice for a quick 'can't be bothered to cook' meal - needs lots of black pepper though and doesn't look that appetising!
Good news on the syns - it was 1.5syns a can before

Iceland chicken fillets and beef slices in gravy are both free on RED and EE. the chicken ones are £1 a box and the beef are £2 for a pack of 2.

Anyone know off any free or low syn meals from Sainsburys wasn't sure but can u still buy the shop to slim books ?? Am looking for simple meals like chicken or lamb shanks or something low syn or free that I can just stick in the oven.
