    Are there any syn free tinned soups I can buy to put in the cupboard for when I haven't had time to make any?

    Sorry there are no syn free tinned soups but some can be used as a HEb - check your book for details. Or you could just freeze some home-made soup and zap it in the microwave if you are pushed for time.

    Yep thanks I am aware of those. Oh well!
    I just got the shock of my life when I realised the potato and leek soup I have been eating (and thought was 2 syns) was in fact 9 syns!!! Eek

    yep tinned/ready made soups don't qualify for any free food allowance, so it makes the syns quite high on them unfortunately.
