What if you was to leave a spoonful would that count as free

And it all because off the extra calorie the raspberry ones are 79 and the strawberry 78

Its unlikely to be down to the extra calorie more likely the amount of sugar in it

Just checked the packaging and the sugars are the same for both varieties, although the raspberry one has a small amount of less fibre.

I haven't heard from my consultant yet, but then he was sick this week, but tonight I have spoken to 5 of the girls who go to my group (we do a come dine with me type meal every couple of weeks), and we all heard him say they are syn free, but I will get that confirmed as soon as I can.
I tried them today for the 1st time...oh wow they are so yummy, unfortunately my youngest daughter lives at home still and she thinks they are yummy too...I was hoping she'd dislike them lmao x
